I tried something like this in Cali when the new Pick 4 game started. I wheeled half the numbers each day for $15. Dang if my numbers kept losing and it was getting toooo expensive!

I can gurantee that the tri state lottery is fixed.ever since the economy went south it is impossible to win anything.then the numbers you were playing hit,just to try to get you back.it's like a free tax for the states,for everyone to donate.

This is why I wrote the blog. The only way you can actually beat the lottery is to have two players that would play every state and play just doubles, there are only 90 doubles.

Va Lottery has been less than random according to a delta system I use, which looks at the space between numbers, and the space between those spaces, etc. Anyway, it used to be that Va Lottery was about 15 to 20 % non-random, but for the last couple of years it's occasionally more than 30 % non-random. Individual digits have gone missing way too long as well. There was a digit missing well over 90 consecutive draws within the past year, where before this the longest time ever that a number (I think it was a zero) hadn't come home was something like 83 draws. And what's with any order 057...2,218 draws back...and counting! Talk about way overdue (especially day;))!! I started researching this and it's out way longer than ever in VA and longer than any other of half of the other United States lotteries, in the history of those lotteries, I've been able to research so far. I'm also just sayin';)
