Let us hear your opinion on the federal gov't suing Ariz and Ga over their immigration law is reserved for the feds, not the state.
Then give us your opinion on wether the federal gov't is going to sue California on their version of the dream act regarding illegal immigrants which may be signed into lawby the state.
That law should be the feds power. Right Al.
States rights does not mean segregation. It's much more broad than that. It means anything NOT covered in the constitution, is the States Rights. There will be left leaning states, right leaning states, and happy mediums if we took the concept of States Rights more seriously - we could see what governmental models work, and which don't.
