Listen I am not telling you what type of sneakers to buy…you buy whichever one you want…but here is the thing…you see 2 name brand sneakers, they both cost the same but one has more prestige than the other…choose the one that is more cushioning, because if you choose it you will end up walking 2 miles extra per day with the one more cushioning than the one that is not…because then don’t complain about those 8 to 15 pounds extra that you have/get…and then you will spend more time and money trying to lose weight than what the 2 sneaker combined cost…

 Instead of buying brand deodorant or brand soap [buy one that works for you but], the extra change that you save use it to buy believe it or not, buy yourself a: Cofal or/and vicks or foot powder…

You know something they should do??? Feet massages, not leg massages but feet massages…I heard a doctor on TV once said that the feet is somewhat a window into your head or body…is certainly more important than reading romance novels or watching soap operas or drinking vodka, or what earing you wear or what brand of watch or sunglasses you wear or what brand of deodorant/cream you use…

There are some cars that are expensive that are long in length…I am sure it cost more to manufacture cost that are that long…Why not make the same car shorter in length and with the difference in length in money you was going to spend in metals in longness of length full it up with extras and more extras, make it have quadruple airbags instead, backing up sensor, better headlights for the night or longer lasting headlights, tom tom, let it come with insurance if it get robbed, tv seats in the back seat, better breaks or the ultimate in breaks, 1 year or 5 years worth of free car wash, insurance against speeding tickets, road side assistance, maybe a 5 year medical insurance coverage, free parking, ect, ect…

 If you want to dump money something else you can do if you are rich or a rich company or rich country is you can buy semi-supercomputers or mini-supercomputers to physicists and mathematicians and everyone who majors in math or physics…You never know where the next big idea or discovery will come from…You got the entire planet…

this is a message of awareness or consciousness to Hollywood...ive seen lots of movies with women on it geared towards women or toward kids, but i have not seen one geared towards: Asian americans or one with Asian Americans and latinos and native indians on it all in 1 or one with Asians americans and and latinos and native indians and women all in 1 or one with Asians americans and and latinos and native indians and women and American samoans, and Hawaiians and women on it, maybe add some Alaskans on it...They too are americans...i call it the other face...
