Interesting juxtaposition from your last post. In the last post the people reacted out of love. In this one they reacted out of fear. Which one was more effective? Maybe that's why we are programmed with fear.

We have been programmed with fear ... what better control mechanism is there than that?

However, on the bright side & despite all best efforts to the contrary earth & its inhabitants are being reprogrammed with love. Works for me.

@Rick: Ha, didn't realize that. But you know how it is, you start looking at one vid then go to something related, then something related to that one... Next thing you know, it's 3 hours later and you can't remember what you started out with. :-)

@konane: Some people call it the Remnant, that small, diffuse group of people (often strangers to each other) who come together in crises and hold things together or rebuild societies after cataclysms. During the "good times" they're called old fashioned, paranoid, or just plain ignored. Bandages aren't interesting ... until you have a cut. ;-)
