Guys what do you think about this…This is what I say: why not let the: $30 Billion or $20 Billion or $15 Billion dollars a year that FRANCE, OR CANADA OR ITALY, OR RUSSIA, OR GERMANY OR ENGLAND, OR JAPAN make from the lottery that goes into education let it, go into foreign Aid, like feeding the hungry and natural disasters, ect, ect...

if you like you make each province/state from your country have 2 lotteries, 1 for the country the other for foreign Aid...

Any country/state can do this...
