One thing about income level between the top 400 wage earners and the rest of the population is population density. The larger the population the more income that goes to the top.
A lot about ceo pay is based on the size of the corporation that they lead. Simple math.
It is not about how hard you work laboriously for your money. You see a rich man or woman doing physical work to make their income. It is in their knowledge and management skills that gained their wealth.

So I decide to take a venture into buisness risking startup cost.
I open a small store with 1,200 sg ft. My volume of buisness is limited so the income generated is smaller. I open a 40,000 sg ft store my volume of buisness should be larger based on population density. My income as owner should be more than the income from a 1,200 sg ft store.
So what is the gov't going to do. Tell me I can only make the same income from the 40,000 sg ft store as I did in the 1,200 sg ft store.
