You know the people who are at the gym when you are lifting weights instructing you how to lift weights, I am not saying you cant have them but what you need is make them give you massages after you work out, and the following day/days after you pause..why??because it softens the muscle and it makes you less sore or no sore at all…that way you are not afraid to go to the gym the following day or whenever is it that you are going…specially more women who get more sore than men I will think…
