Well in Oregon the cash option for Oregon Megabucks is half the annuity or $3.8 million in cash.  The Oregon Powerball is $28.3 million in cash it is a little bit less than half the annuity.  Both cash prizes are up for the taking this saturday and I hope that one of my tickets has the six numbers to unlock the big prize.  I will be selecting the cash option because I plan on splitting the prize with my mother 50/50.
