I see a woman and eating utensil maybe it's saying something about a woman and the kitchen,maybe humm!!

I have two guesses. One I cannot post here for my thought is not family friendly.

The other is that a restaurant and the women's room are to your left.

But being a male, chauvist, pig, I like Louise's thinking.

I think it means the woman's restroom and restaurant is to the left.

Might be a military thing.
A separate dining area for the females.
