We don't need a minimum wage, we need a maximum wage.
Nope. Lottery is not a job. Millions would still be available for the prizes. Once the top pay for jobs is set at $400,000 - then those people will also start playing the lottery in droves!
Go and apply at McDonalds - they tell you they pay $8/hr. Go and apply at Ford Motor - They say you start at $16 / $19 per hour. Why should it be open-ended at the top? My plan says, you apply for a CEO, you get a maximum of $400,000. NO ONE IS WORTH $20 million per picture or per year for playing football, etc; I just put a cap on it at $400,000 because the President being the most powerful man in the world only gets that much. (Obama isn't even worth that much, in my opinion).
