pleasing the masses

i have really enjoyed my time here at lottery post in the year and a half i have been here.i have to give todd a lot of credit for keeping this site going smoothly.it can be hard dealing with large groups of people because what one person likes another one dislikes.i had one person they tell me they enjoyed a poll i made.i had another tell me that my polls were useless.i had another person tell me that i posted quality stuff.another told me i posted worthless nonsense all the time.i might not always hit the mark but i try to post thoughtful things and appreciate the feedback.i'm always brainstorming on ideas and i like to see what people think on different concepts of lottery playing.

Polls should have a goal. They should serve some purpose. Not setup to engage conversation or human interest. This is a forum and not a chat room. An example, to me, of a poll that was useless..."where do you think this number will show up next?" It might be OK to ask that question but not to set it up as a poll.
