Only for Women: Lifting Weights at the Gym: & Some Thoughts...

THIS IS A MESSAGE ONLY TO WOMEN…Willnt you like to work out at the gym and be: 20 years into the future still working out and enjoy working out, enjoy working out that it feels like as if you was swimming…I FOUND A SIMPLE TRICK THAT CAN DO IT…This trick is soooooo awesome…Many times I am sure you feel bad that you cant work out like men do…With this I think you will/would…Is simple: Question which one you rather: work out every day 1 hour a day, everyday or every 2 days and last 1-2 years in the gym or you rather work out: every 3 days or every 4 days for 3-4 hours and last: 20 years or more at the gym…Whatever you might chose is better to work out every 3 days or every 4 days for 3-4 hours and last 20 years or more at the gym [you are working out the same amount of hours as working everyday]…Why is better or how is better??? When you work out everyday you TEARRRRRRR MUSCLE which makes lifting weights hurt a lot, is what makes you don’t want to go to the gym, is what brings your sad face at the gym, is what makes you dread the gym…I don’t think lifting weights is hard, is the following day or after 5 hours of working out that is the problem/burden…Now if you wait: 3-4 days your muscle fiber will have heal, and it feels like the first time: you brush it off…However if you are just beginning it will hurt first but after a couple of tries you will be good to go…Also, stretch the parts that you work out but don’t stretch before the work out, stretch after the work out and every 2-3 hours after you work out even the days that you have off…If you have a lot of money, hire someone who gives massages to give you massages in the areas of your body where you work out…Is better…I call this the: 2*7 Effect or 2*8 Effect or 3* 9 Effect which stands for 2 times a week or 2 times every 8 days or 3 times every 9 days effect…Is better….Also did you know that the days your muscles fibers have heal when you work out you work out 1-3 hours extra more than your torn muscle days…Why?? Because it doesn’t hurt: you have brushed it off…And yes you have to have a little bit of motivation…And is better 3 or 2 times a week because it gives you time off to do other things…
SOME THOUGHTS:
For the worldfare of humanity…There are ought to be certain countries where: Volleyball or Tennis or boxing or golf is prohibited…Instead: Bodybuilding/lifting weights is allow in its place…

AND TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO THROW MONEY AWAY SOMETHING YOU COULD CREATE IS A HUGE THING LIKE THE INDY500 BUT IN THE MIDDLE IS A HUGE SWIMMING POOL WHERE PEOPLE PLAY: SWIMMING POOL VOLLEYBALL...NOBODY HAS MADE IT A SPORT...I ALSO THINK SUCH A SPORT WILL GIVE YOU A GOOD WORKOUT...
