They were protesting in Detroit, but when it got cold out everyone went home. we got lazy protesters.

It's an international protocol, protected by treaties, to allow rescuers to safely treat and/or remove the injured from a combat zone. It is also a moral protocol. Real men don't do that.

Thanks Rick! I understand clearing the crowd for rescuers, but I truly don't understand how that rubber bullet hit him in the head.
