Whats the world coming to if you can't give or get a hug.

I think the point here is that the woman obviously was not upset at Herman Cain a month ago, to the point where she is giving him a friendly hug. Then, just one month later, she holds a press conference hosted by the devil queen of all lawyers (Gloria Alred) claiming that Cain practically molested her back in the 1990s. The woman is simply trying to make some money off of a very popular   person (Herman Cain), and Alred is once again trying to raise her own personal fortunes, while supporting her Democrat friends. (Alred is a well-known high-level contributor to Democrat politicians.)
