Yeah make an example of this guy for using a gun to scare the s**t out of gun owners. Real encouraging for invaders of your property knowing that the owners can not do a f***ing thing to them.
Although it is against the law to use a weapon on an invader unless they enter your home. Depends on each state law of course.
