Yep, and what do these quotes tell ya. No doubt a federal agency to oversee foriegn investors on helping to navigate all the paperwork, federal and local. No doubt the federal agencies will be dealing with the local agencies. What does that tell ya.
Could very well as a federal agency help the foriegn investors decide where to set up buisness. You know what that means.
