First of all he doesn't know how to treat a cat! LOL I laughed until tears went down my checks. Obviously this cat is not trained on a leash. It shouldn't be around his neck but a harrness. The way he was scratching him was too much until Pinky got irritated. My cat would prolly do the same thing with that guy! LOL
