more doubles in nc..unreal..i have a question...

Question:  pick 3 eve was 655 and pick 4 was 6558..is it possible that the balls in the machines can be weighted so certain numbers could come up? I am just asking.

I've noticed it a few times in other states in the last couple weeks.

Doubles will have a tendency to come with short skips from last drawn.
N.C. draws combined will have a double frequency on avg every 3.77 draws.
N..C. had a 12 draw skip of no double which ended 10/06
Since that 12 draw skip N.C. double frequency avg has been on avg of 3.80 draws.
Looks like the double draws are in frequency with overall avg.
