In Honor Of Black Friday - Not A Big Fan But This Is Just Too Funny

Entry #158

I saw this commercial yesterday and it made me LOL. This whole Black Friday thing is completely outta control. I'm watching the news this morning and some people have been shopping since ten o'clock last night. I went shopping on Black Friday years ago just for the experience and that was enough for me! Granted the bargains are great but the mob mentality is insane and, in some cases, actually dangerous! Oh well, different strokes for different folks :)) Hope you like the video!

It's 9:21 a.m here and my wife's sister and her daughter are still at it. They started at 9 p.m. last night. My wife and I stopped doing Black Friday with her sister years ago.

I have never done a Black Friday; watched Roots, Star Wars, Macy's Parade, or Super Bowl.
I guess I've lived out of the loop. :=)
My plan for next year is to load a pre-paid credit card all year in 2012 and do Black Friday.
I can't say that I will be posted outside of a store waiting for it to open.
But I'm game for some combat shopping. I'll probably have to dust off the old whoop-azz moves from back in the day. lol
I usually do my Christmas shopping after Christmas when the stores are dropping prices again just to have someone come into the store. lol
Then again, I'll probably take that loaded credit card and spend it on....................

Thanks for your comments Reddog and Perdue:) Best holiday shopping experience I ever had was online shopping the day after Christmas. Toys R' Us has a great sale so I got all the toys I wanted a year in advance, stored them in the attic, and saved alot of money!!

Speaking of combat shopping, Perdue - did you hear about the woman @ Walmart who pepper sprayed the crowd just so she could buy some electronic products! What a nut job - injured over twenty people. I hope everyone including Walmart sue her dumb a** !!
