Who would have thunk people from Tennessee would let something like this go to Court?
I would have figured they would just shoot their way out of a situation like this! That is what I have been taught by other comments on LP through the years!
In all honesty, it looks more like it could be used for hanging people, rather than a cross. I say, compromise by cutting off the other "arm" - then each side can interpret the remaining post as they see fit.
