FFirst of all this is not an eBook. This is my personal pick3 system that truly works.
There are two number groups for the Pick3 Lottery.     
The first group contains the numbers 0, 2,3,4,5.
The second group contains the numbers 1, 6,7,8,9.
Looking back at the first group you can make ten pairs out of group one which are:
02, 03, 04, 05, 23, 24, 25, 34, 35, 45.
Now looking at the second group you can make the pairs:
16, 17, 18, 19, 67, 68, 69, 78, 79, 89
This Pick3 system works like this:
Take the hottest frequency number out of group one and play it with the pairs from group two.
Example:      Let’s say your hottest frequency digit from group one is 3, you would play these numbers:      316,317,318,319,367,368,369,378,379,389.
Example 2:   Let’s say the hottest frequency number out of group two is 8, you would play the number 8 with the pairs from group one. 802,803,804,805,823,824,825,834,835,845.
This Pick3 system truly works, do a back test in your state and you will see how accurate this system is.
                            

How did you come up with 316 317 ... when your pair was 03?
