The only impact study needed would be the assurance that the pipeline would not leak or burst. If it does leak or burst the safety network set in place for immediate shutdown along the route to minimize spill.
Eight volume impact study. How much repetition is in that study that has been done elsewhere. Just a copy and paste writeup generating big bucks for those writing it up.

Any dumbass knows what oil does to aquifers and the impact on soil, wildlife and vegetation where the spill occurs.

How much of this crap covers the ground in America. Look at the ingredients. Anyone ever have their driveways sealed. And some driveway sealer guys who operate out of their pickup cut the sealer with kerosene. All these products eventualy break down from the weather filtering into the soil.

How about all these dumbass backyard mechanics drain their motor oil on the ground when doing an oil change. About a gallon of oil per oil change.
How about all these petroleum products from households dumped into landfills yearly.
Give me a f***in break greeners.

Obama has to get gas up to about 6 or 7 bucks a gallon so he can force all his Solyndra type green bullsh*t down our throats. He said energy costs would go sky high and now he's going to make sure they do.
Thank you democrat voters and good luck finding a second job to pay for your gas and other energy bills.

Research the difference between Corporate Tax and Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax and it may help you get your head out of your ass and begin making sense on occasion.
