The Grey and The Super Bowl
Published:
Updated:
We (me and the little woman) went and saw "The Grey" today, a movie about a plane crash in Alaska and the plight of the survivors, starring Liam Neeson.
It was a good movie I guess but the wolves which played a central role in the movie were really phony looking. I mean like REALLY phony looking. I thought with modern day animatronics and computer generated everything they could have done a lot better job of it.
I tried to watch the Super Bowl afterward but couldn't.
I have a big problem with the players doing their little girly endzone dances after a touchdown. I don't know why but it just annoys the hell out of me. So after the first touchdown by NY, when that little guy got out there and started dancing around like a little schoolgirl I just shut the dam thing off. Screw it. Whatever happened to men acting like men and being good sportsmen?
I recall a famous coach (I think it was Landry) on witnessing one of his players do his little celebration dance in the endzone said to the player: "The next time you get in the endzone, act like you've been there before."

Didn"t watch football , couldn't even tell you who won.
Apparently they still think they're in Elementary School or it's a Ham-It-Up for the cameras Boolshet.
