Maybe the Best Diet Around: You have to be a little Strong Willed & Thoughts

                                               this diet might be the best diet around, i am surprised nobody has ever thought of it...is a little unconventional...but this is only a test check with your doctor/nutritionist...is 3 diets...i am not an expert i just thought of this out of the blue...it requires that you eat the same thing everyday...

remember the diet that tells you to eat meat everyday and nothing else, well theoretically thats a good diet but it can cause problem because the body needs carbohydrates...

A.   how about eating meat everyday, with OATMEALLLLLL and a sandwich made of weat bread...the sandwich having lettuce and tomatoes...

B.    or eating meat everyday, with OATMEALLLLLL....the oatmeal can replace the rice and spaghetti...

C.     or eating OATMEALLLLLL everyday with a sandwich made of weat bread the sandwich having lettuce and tomatoes...

plus i heard that oatmeal helps lower your blood sugar...

that should do it; that should make you lose the weight...

but you have to eat the same thing everyday...

Some Thoughts...

How about a: POLAND-BELARUS-UKRAINE-ROMANIA UNIFIED POWERBALL & MEGAMILLIONS & UNIFIED DECADES OF DOLLARS...TOGETHER THEY WILL HAVE ALMOST: 100 MILLION PEOPLE....

OR How about a: POLAND-BELARUS-UKRAINE-ROMANIA-TURKEY UNIFIED POWERBALL & MEGAMILLIONS & UNIFIED DECADES OF DOLLARS...TOGETHER THEY WILL HAVE ALMOST: 175 MILLION PEOPLE....

IF YOU LIKE YOU CAN EAT THIS DIET: 5 DAYS A WEEK AND ON THE WEEKENDS YOU EAT REGULAR MEALS...
