Of course this one is couched in protectin' teh chil'ren. Too bad it won't protect you from data breaches.

No recourse for you, if your CC data saved by your ISP gets swiped and sold to some gypsy fraud ring.

Just read the bill. There presently are laws on the books prohibiting child pornography. This bill is not needed.

So why is this bill being introduce to the House? Answer: Also in the bill are amendments to current laws. These amendments will change the nature of those laws. What the final outcome of the changes will be is anyone's guess but IMHO these changes will not be to our liking.

Call your Congress critter and ask them to vote NO.
