Trying To Relax...

Feeling out of sync with time.
Strong sense of dejavu.
Strange dreams of being in luxurious surroundings.
Attention span of a housefly.
Inability to focus.
Tried earplugs. Only muffled the sound.
Tried meditating. Mind refuse to shut down.
Tried complete silence. Silence made the noise louder.
Any thoughts on what to do?

c)how are you trying to meditate...what teachers/audio guides are you using?
i can recommend a few that i have used personally if you like.
and sometimes I just listen to my oceans cd.
The sound of the water either relaxes me or makes me wanna pee.... lol
