Gee, isn't that about 2 bullets for every man, woman and child in the U.S. ? Who, specifically is going to get these bullets? What kind of gun uses these .40 caliber bullets?

From what I checked it is a favored calibre for handgun use.

I've got a Browning Hi-Power Semi-Auto in .40.
The rounds are probably for all new sidearms for Obama's new civilian security forces (brownshirts) that will start recruiting if he wins re-election.

Their recent actions clearly indicate that our dear leaders have declared war on America and intend to rule by martial law, fear and intimidation.

I imagine this ammo is reserved for the guards at the undisclosed bunkers. They will need it when their fending off the pitchfork crowds.

In case you all are unaware there is threat of nuclear war in the middle east Israeli? first strike? who knows if this will bring the war to us, would you want our country to be without the means to defend itself in case of looting or rioting should it come to that.
