The EPA has been smacked down, finally,  they can be challenged in court.  End fascism ASAP, this is a start.  YAY!

Makes me wonder if Justice Roberts I think his name is. The head of the supreme court guy.
Did he give new court appointees an education on ruling according to the constitutional law and precedence rather than political bias.
Must be some code of conduct on the supreme court.
