Some Concerns about Fitness...

I dont know i was hoping someone could shed light on this...when i was in college there was this guy in the baseball team who ive never seen nobody workout weights like him in my entire life..

the baseball team had a strict coach...i had a soccer scholarship as you know but we never lifted weights...

this guy could go in history of the college as the guy who lifted the most weights not the most weight as in how much weight you lifted but the most weight as lifting weights everyday...the entire baseball team will lift weights everyday that you felt like asking them if they were training to be bodybuilders...well this guy he was short but he was the one that lifted the most weight as in quantity out of the entire baseball team and who would spend more time at the gym than any of the baseball guys, like spend more hours, he did this for 3 years and not 1 day did he miss been at the gym...

he will lift weights in a way that ive never seen nobody practice...he will lift lets say he did: 40 repetitions, then he will do 39, then, 38, then, 37, then 36, then, 35 and so on until he reached to: 0, then when he finish, he will take a lower weight than what he was lifting, lets say for the sake of argument it was a: 100 weights with the bar, he will take the 95 and do the same do: 40, then, 39, then 38, then 37 until he reached to 0, then he will take a: 90 and do the same until was was left was a: 1 bar with no weights or a 2 pound dumbell...ive never seen nobody do that, i dont know if bodybuilders or professional athletes practice like that...and this was day, in day out, every single day...they will have the weekends off and half the time he will stay at the college so he could practice....i am no going to say his name but i will say his name started with a D...the most beautiful and hottest chick in the college, a blonde wanted to date him and to sleep with him so the whispers will say but they didnt do it because she was a: 6"0 and he was short for her...

but thats not why i am mentioning this...something that concerns me was that he will lift all this weight, and he will not lose weight, he will not be skinny...his parents werent fat, he wasnt fat but he wasnt skinny....guys i dont remember but i think i said i think he will drink soda at night, very often...i would drink soda in college at night to stay awake and back then i was skinnier than him...which makes you think...

ive also seen pictures of bodybuilders on youtube from time to time and you see guys that dont miss a day at the gym and they are not skinny...it makes you wonder...

i will not say that i started eating right since i saw what happened to guy whose name start with a: D...years later i thought about it, and i say i will try to eat right...that and many other reasons why i have lean a little more towards eating right over exercising everyday...

you will think that when you workout that much that the internal human burning calories oven will be at full speed...

YOU KNOW A GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT THAT I DID??? I LIFTED WEIGHTS WITH A: 15 POUND DUMBELL FOR 4 OR 4 AND A HALF HOUR WITHOUT TAKING A BREAK...NOT ONCE DID I STOP, I EVENTUALLY HAD TO STOP BECAUSE I WAS RUNNING OUT OF AIR, YOU KNOW LIKE WHEN YOU ARE ASPHIXIATING, BUT NOT BECAUSE I WAS TIRED, BUT I WAS GETTING TIRED THOUGH...I THINK I COULD HAD DONE SOME: 30-45 MINUTES MORE...

BUT YOU KNOW WHO I SEE LOSE THE WEIGHT IF THEY PRACTICE A LOT???? RUNNING OR CYCLING, I THINK SWIMMING TOO...

ALSO GUYS THERE IS SOMETHING YOU OUGHT TO KNOW, YOUR BACK/SPINE IS THE STRONGEST PART OF YOUR BODY, A GUY WHO WORKS OUT/EXERCISE HIS/HER BACK/SPINE CAN BEAT IN A FIGHT, OR SWIMMING, IN BED, EVEN LIFTING WEIGHTS CAN BEAT A BUFFY-RIPPED BODYBUILDER OR SOMEONE TALLER OR SOMEONE WHO LIFT WEIGHTS NORMALLY...FEW PEOPLE KNOW THIS...YOU RUN LONGER WHEN YOU EXERCISE YOUR BACK/SPINE...

COULD THE REASON WHY PEOPLE, GET CANCER AND THEIR IMMUNE SYSTEM WEAKENS WHEN THEY GET OLDER AND THEY GET DISEASES WHEN THEY GET OLDER, COULD THAT BE BECAUSE OF LACK OF SLEEP??? WHEN PEOPLE GET OLDER, THEY SLEEP LESS NOT THE FULL 8 HOURS...THERE IS SO MANY THINGS THAT YOUR BODY CAN BE PRONE TO WHEN YOU DONT SLEEP...

COULD ANIMALS SEE GHOSTS??? MANY ANIMALS HAVE COLD BLOOD, OTHERS WARM BLOOD AND COLD BLOOD AND OTHERS VENON, AND I WONDER IF THIS COULD HELP ANIMALS SEE GHOSTS...YOU PROBABLY HEARD THE CASE THAT WHEN YOU LOSE YOUR EYESIGHT YOU MAKE UP FOR IT IN HEARING...WHAT IF SOMETHING SIMILAR AND WEIRD HAPPENS TO ANIMALS THAT MAKES THEM SEE THE SPIRTUAL WORLD DUE TO THE COLD BLOOD OR VENON THEY HAVE STORED INSIDE OF THEM...

The guy was more into endurance than strength. I've been lifting on and off since the 60's. I worked construction lifting heavy bags of concrete and worked in the oil fields. I now do a power walk with weights around the neighborhood when my back isn't out.
