This P.O. and the city of Denver have piled and piled lawsuits against them. It looks like Miller is soon to meet his match.

Looks like 'roid rage. Cops are getting pumped up on steroids these days and this guy looks and acts like a user. If the whole dept. is acting like this, then they're probably all popping them. Might help explain the recent cop-on-citizen gratuitous violence we've seen across the country.
