They don't want the kids tested because it will show what failures the teachers are.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could put all the loony libs in one country and let them screw up their OWN kids?

They could create their own liberal utopia, where the rich people are all put in jail where they belong and everybody is on welfare and everybody is in the union and nobody has to work and everybody gets food stamps and free healthcare and free everything and they make the rich pay for it all.
