This bulls**t about filling budget holes with assistance money should be addressed and the money put back where it is intended.

With all these jobs leaving the country or with all these regulations that discourage job creation should be addesed too. How many clothing makers are left in this country, Call centers exported out of the country. Or any other jobs that have left. Apple could hire tons of assemblers in this country. Those are all jobs that can be had for the educational level required.

President Obama spoke favorably of the program in his 2008 campaign — promoting his role as a state legislator in cutting the Illinois welfare rolls.
