this is the Memphis Tigers best year in a long time.maybe the best since the 1985-1986 team that went to the final four.they lost to Villanova that year which ironically is one spot behind the tigers in the poll at number 4.its strange to see teams like kentucky and kansas low in the poll.......

The Tigers will be just fine. Let's just hope that Calipari doesn't choke like he did at UMass. That is a fine team you guys have out there this year. Reminds me of your main man Keith Lee, without the problems! :)

yep.the starting guys on that '85 team were keith lee,william bedford,baskerville holmes,andre turner,vincent askew.the classic lineup.i think all these guys went on to the NBA.bedford let his drug problems hurt his career.baskerville holmes killed himself a couple years back.what a waste....
