I made it thru my working life.
Working in home and remodeling all my life I can not tell you how many houses I have carried on my back to assemble on the job site. Also working in all kinds of climate conditions.
So now I have arthritis in my upper and lower back cutting off some nerves to my arms and legs. Other than that I did not suffer any serious injury.
Kept me in physical shape thru the years doing physical activity in the end.
