Where in the states would you like to live if you're not already there ??

Published:

I have lived many places, being a native of maryland, i spend most of my years there but i have spent lots of time in many of the major cities through out my years as a musician. I have places that i like but would never like to live and vice versa. A move is in my future and it will be in one of my favorite cities in the U.S. Whats your favorite state and city and where do you feel like you could spend the rest of your life if you get a chance to do so ?

San Francisco - CA!!   Love that city, only spent a week there, but I will still love to live there forever.   Love the peeps and the food, well everything really.   Just don't like the earthquakes! Ouch!

Hey max,

Well it's lonesome in this old town
Everybody puts me down
I'm a face without a name
Just a walkin' in the rain
Goin' back to Houston, Houston, Houston

I got holes in both of my shoes
Well I'm a walking case of the blues
Saw a dollar yesterday
But the wind blew it away
Goin' back to Houston, Houston, Houston

I haven't eaten in about a week
I'm so hungry when I walk I squeak
Nobody calls me friend
It's sad the shape I'm in
Goin' back to Houston, Houston, Houston

Goin' back to Houston, Houston, Houston
I got a girl waiting there for me
Well at least she said she'd be
I got a home and a big warm bed
And a feather pillow for my head
Goin' back to Houston, Houston, Houston

Well it's lonesome in this old town
Everybody put me down
I'm a face without a name
Just a walkin' in the rain
Goin' back to Houston, Houston, Houston

I like it right where I'm at, in my own little holler, surrounded by densely wooded ridges in the Appalachians. Everywhere I look is green and quiet and not a nosy neighbor to be seen or heard.
