We've had a "drug" like that for years, it is called marriage!

They figure out the right dosage just to wipe memory and not kill the gov't can stock it in their FEMA camps. Once memory is wiped will make it easier for re-education to gov't agenda thinking.
They already have a portion of the population under their control so it is just a matter of getting the rest of us.
