Obama invests gov't funds into companies. It is his decision on what companies to invest gov't funds into. That puts him on top of the blame chain where he should have fully investigated the worthiness of the company.
The blame falls on him for the losses.
All theses trillions he has invested in job creation schemes have returned zero.
