Democrat policies and ideas worked so well in Detroit, Obama's implementing them on a national level now.

Vast ghettos of poverty, crime, filth, drugs, corruption and despair can be a good thing.

Right, libs?

Being a born and raised Texan (with long, strong roots in Texas history) who lived in Michigan from 1988 to 2010, seeing first hand the decline of a once great city has reinforced my beliefs in free market, right to work, and small non-invasive government.

Yes! The Republican implemented policies going back to their Patron Saint Ronnie of Reagan have certainly played a HUGE role in increasing the vast ghettos of poverty, crime, filth, drugs, corruption and despair in many small as well as large cities of America.
After all 20 of the last 30+ years the Presidency was controlled by the Republicans who also held better than half that time at least either the house or the senate.
The Republicans first allowed for their Corporate Owners to move their jobs out of their cities 1st to Mexica and then to Communist China,Viet Nam,and India,Thailand,Banladesh,Burma_(Myramar) and any other 3rd world country they could where they could pay slave wages with no benefits where they, incidentally, for the most part, had government provided Health Care.
The Republican and CONservative leaders, after accomplishing the above, then said to the citizens of all those cities over and over again "Pull Yourself Up By Your Own Boot Straps" not thinking or caring that they No Longer had any boots thanks to them and their policies.

There you go again.
Maybe you should inform Barry (Pee Wee) Hussein.
This massive calamity on his watch isn't all President Bush's fault afterall, it's President Ronald Reagan's fault!
Yeah!
That's the ticket!

Now! that give an insight into your mind set Piaceri, that the your comments on the newly let me get on the side of the Republicans. I must reiteratemy loathing for the state of Texas. Those "don't mess with Texas" dirty bags has nothing any real middle class American want with their poorly educated schools ,low low wages, guns guns, the only one living there dreams are the old boys club(white men) and they keep aquiring wealth at the expense of the p-o-o-r beside the rich there ,there is no other class.By the way the student that are really smart come from other states that help out TEXAS. They are trying to bring everyone else in line with their right to work state crap by having all the Republican in the Governorship trying to set us back to the 50s. We can tell how their well their education system work by Rick Perry(joke). So you can put the spin on it any way you like especially for wide different in the South and North.

Texas rivals only, coincidentally?,Mississippi as the state with the most illiteracy, teen births, minimum wage jobs.
Both just happen to be Red States controlled by Republicans whose citizens are kept that way and who also vote against their own best interests because of it.

I was born and raised in Detroit, I watched a city that boomed and prospered, turn into a giant cesspool, I left home when I was 18, moved to the UP, 8 Years later when I returned, was I saw shocked me, the filth, the absolute filth, people bbqueing on the front lawn because the backyard was full of garbage.
The filth is spreading into the sub-burbs, wtf
