That's not bigger than I think.

I just don't get why other people think it's not a big deal.

"16 trillion? No biggy, don't worry, as long as we spend more we'll be fine." I've literally had someone say, at a conference about social issues, that we ought to worry about the debt later, and spend now, because there are problems in our economy. I was dumbfounded when he said "we can worry about the debt later" and most of the crowd was clapping. The few of us who understood what he was saying were looking at each other like, WTF did he just say????

That's the left's wheelhouse, Boney, feel-good politics.
Just ignore the debt, maybe it'll go away.
Kinda like Greece does.
