so he was 40% to blame for his own death... bringing the award down from the 5M$ requested to 3M$... lawyers take 30% or roughly 1M$ (after all the 'additions" are added), so the wife and kiddies get 2M$...

gutzy lawsuit. but it sure cost the family alot to bring it to trial... i wonder if 2M$ would be enough for me to have brought this case to trial... I doubt it.
