Unlike the Republicans who,under W.Bush spent like drunken sailors on shore leave for most of his 8 years on unpaid for tax cuts to the rich and 2 wars of choice President Obama MUST spend much more on the real drivers of the economic well being of America,the 99% that barely noticed ANY tax cut until President Obama gave them a payroll tax cut.
The rich don't spend because the rich already has everything they need.
Without demand they have no need to hire new employees.
-Give more disposable income to the 99% which will create the demand that then will cause employers to hire more employees to meet the demand.
