Reagan-Bush 1 grew Government,Clinton shrunk it,Bush 2 added many more bureaucracies and Federal Employees with the biggest being the Dept. of Homeland Security that mostly does the same jobs as many other government entities.Bush 2 added 100,000 plus to the Government payroll.
President Obama has shrunk it from what he was left.
