So the regime chooses those laws it will enforce - and those it will not. The rule of law has been replaced by the rule of executive fiat. No matter how you feel about illegal immigration, this is the continuation of a very dangerous precedent by an arrogant statist who respects neither the rule of law nor the Constitution.
