Somethings really fishy here. Why would he invoke his privilege for Holder?
Could it be he's covering his own tracks after saying he knew nothing about this? Silence is golden, but people can still see. He says he's not religious, well you better get religion messiah of scholars.

He can't use it for somebody else.
So it's obvious Holder was holding back documents that show Obama's personal involvement.
