Wasn't Pawlenty,as governor of Minnesota,responsible for the tax payers of Minnesota having to pay out a $52+ million settlement to victims of that famous Minneapolis bridge collapse because of his administration ignorance of a design flaw and the correction of said flaw before the bridge collapsed on top of seeing that proper maintenance on all the bridges in Minnesota was performed?
