Mentioned in the article for individuals buying their own insurance to have it tax deductible.
The Obamacare plan has in it for the so called cadillac plans to be taxable income.
Health insurance restrictions across state lines has been restricted for years. So how can the obamacare bill seek cover under the commerce clause. I thought the commerce clause was for buisness transacted across state lines.
I could nit pick more but who am "I".
