I love dogs and mine run loose but I don't have any neighbors.
I also post signs that make it clear that visitors are not welcome.
But if you live in the city and have neighbors, you should have your dogs under your direct control at all times.
This guy says his wife loved that chicken and maybe she does and that's her business. For this other woman to let her dogs run wild and go on someone else's property and kill their pet and then laugh about it is outrageous. I hope they give her a year in jail.
