Starting the nit pick about a justice did this or did that. The attack mode starts on the justices they want to attack.
You want to remember if Obama is reelected there may be at least two openings coming up on the supreme court bench within the next 4 1/2 years.
If that happens you could end up with a liberal court for years to come. Obama would like nothing better than that to happen.
Ginsberg is expected to announce her retirement after this session for one. That will leave Obama to nominate a liberal and push for approval before Jan 20th.

we can only hope.obama has had it so rough fighting everyone so far in his term.cannot do anything for the majority 99ers,because the republicant house will not pass anything.

If Ruth Buzzi Ginsberg retires, the Republicans should Bork anybody Obama nominates just like the Dems always do. Run out the clock.

Obamas actions on the immigration issue of a special class of illegal immigrants he will not enforce the law on is an impeachable offense too.
Obama is pushing the limit on how far he can go. When members of congress have had enough of it then you will see the merde hit the fan.
