Thats what Roberts did, he called it a tax law, and now congress can repeal it.

In yesterday's ruling, the greater significance of it is that America is NO LONGER a nation of laws, operating under institutions bound by the law.   NOW, we are a nation that is governed not by rule of law, but by the arbitrary caprices of men ---- with power being applied in whatever way such men please, then, after the fact, finding some clause or codicil in the Constitution that can be twisted, abused, and corrupted to, somehow, justify their tyranny.
