Hey Sully16, I pay taxes for schools I don't use, I don't use all the libraries, roads I'll never drive on, and a transit rail system I don't ride, a baseball field I don't attend, a football field and stadium I don't attend, public buses I don't ride, welfare programs I don't use, pay for teacher's salaries, free lunch and supplies for kids that are not mine, school buses I don't ride, social security I might not ever get or disability I hope I never need.

I don't go to all the public parks, I can care less about the space program, or the wasted money on made up wars.

Our tax dollars pay for public defense, courts, prisons, and firefighters, and police officers.

Our taxes even pay for interest when the government borrow money and even for collecting taxes. Your tax dollars pay for all the elected officials. They have wonderful health plans and are set for life after their terms are served.

So the next time you take your kids to the free park, make sure you point out to them the people who don't deserve to be there because someone else paid for their ice cream.

the reality of our financial situation in this country is that 'freebies' will have to be curtailed so that we can get out of debt. there is no mulligan that the country can pull. we have to make hard choices and since we must (MUST) have a strong defense system, the obvious thing will be to cut aid programs.

taxes will most likely need to be raised as well, but not until the handouts are curtailed. and no president will be popular when he/she does that. however, after our period of 7 or so years of hardship are over, then we can start talking about what real needs there are, and use real money - not borrowed debt-ridden spending... to fund those programs that our local societies have not been able to sustain.

education, and training would be great... and manditory work-study instead of handouts. if you need/want money? then you get to do some of the jobs that the infastructure (our country) needs to have done...

it wont be pretty and it wont be easy, but ... it will feed you. if you DONT want to do the work? then earn it yourself, educate yourself... enlist in the military...

so something instead of sitting around being fat and sassy.

Pee Wee had the White House, Senate and House for 2 whole years and could have accomplished everything and ANYTHING he wanted to and promised to but he chose not to. So we can't blame decent patriotic Americans for that. We did what we could. We rose up and formed the THE TEA PARTY and slapped his scrawny-ass silly in the mid-terms. I'm sure you remember that.

You're right though, here we are going on 4 years with him and still no jobs.

The only hope I can give you on that front is having you know that the THE TEA PARTY is waiting in the wings once again, ready to marshal our forces for another full-frontal assault and devastating knockout-blow in the polling places in the upcoming elections.
